These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Aregato. By ordering goods from Aregato you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Aregato, a trading name of EBX Systems Limited. Orders

A contract is formed between Aregato and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled. Please note that goods may be despatched within 24hrs in receipt of your order. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge to mainland UK (unless otherwise stated here or on our website) is detailed in our Customer Information section of the website. It is based on a combination of a fixed based charge plus a charge for each packaged Kg or part thereof.

For delivery to non-mainland UK or outside UK, other than to BFPO addresses, can also be found on here.

Returns & Refunds

Within 14 Days of Receipt

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt, but will be at your cost and for hygiene reasons must be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached plus any original packaging. A deduction for the original postage will be made on any approved refunds.

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition will not be refunded

Returns after 14 days and before 21 days of Reciept

Refunds for items made between 14 days and 21 days of receipt will be at our discretion.

If you wish to return items after 14 days but before 21 days, this time we may make a refund less a 20% re-stocking charge.
Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned during this period will not be refunded

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, personalisation or special orders.

Incorrect Size Ordered

If you have ordered an incorrect size we can arrange an exchange as long as the conditions above have been met. In addition, any difference in price for the exchange item must be paid before the exchange item will be dispatched. Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item (a proof of posting must be obtained) and the cost of sending the replacement item.

Items marked for Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payments

By Paypal or credit & debit cards

We currently use Paypal to accept all payments via credit and debits cards as well Paypal account holders. You do not need a Paypal account to make your purchase.

You cards details are used by Paypal to complete any purchase, but such details are not sent to Aregato, thus further protecting your financial information.

By cheque

We can arrange for payments to be made by Cheque.

If you choose to make payment by Cheque, these should be made payable to Aregato and posted to 17 Plashet Grove, London, E6 1AD.

Orders will be despatched immediately after the funds have cleared, this may will add delay to receiving your goods.

Customer Ratings And Reviews

These Terms of Use govern your conduct associated with the Customer Ratings and Recommendations service offered by Aregato To the extent of any conflict between our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will take precedence in respect of this Service.

By submitting any content to Aregato, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and have not copied the content from any third party;
• All content that you post is accurate;
• Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

• That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• That infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
• That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, racially or religiously biased or offensive, contains obscene language, or is threatening or harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
• That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
• That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

For any content that you submit, you grant Aregato a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our websites that we deem, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. We do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Aregato to edit or delete any content you have submitted.

Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, we reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Aregato, are responsible for the contents of your submission.

None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Aregato, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Aregato and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative purposes.

Complaints

Aregato welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.
